The house is beautiful! Everything was spotless. Cosmo went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I messaged him about missing ping pong balls for the game table and he had more balls and new paddles delivered to the house within 30 minutes! We had a great time with family hanging out and playing games. Definitely recommend staying here.

We were 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 dogs visiting family in Quail Ridge and this turned out to be the perfect place to stay for a week. The house is very well laid out with nice bathrooms and a great kitchen. The backyard is fantastic for people and even better for dogs. Our dogs had the best time. The street is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The location was perfect for us as Quail Ridge is a 2 minute drive but it is also convenient for Palm Beach and Delray. Would definitely stay here again.

cosmos home was beautiful, lots of roomy space to put your things. it was also a very quiet and calm neighborhood. i definitely felt at home, i recommend staying here!!

Very spacious for our group of 10 people. Large table great for meals and games. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and linens. Backyard area very private. Parking for at least 3-4 cars plus street parking. Would stay here again.

Great place and well worth the price! Hosts were quick to respond when we had an issue opening the door at first entry. My group of guests did not sleep soundly which may have been because of the firmer mattresses or the heat being a bit too noisy when it was on. Overall good experience, we would stay here again!

I had a beautiful stay in this very comfortable home. The location was perfect! close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet. The host was excellent with communication, responding quickly and making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great layout, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the decor. Enough space for a large group to hang out in a few areas. Very convenient to downtown Raleigh. Cosmo was a great host.

We loved our stay very relaxing. Cosmo was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The backyard entertainment space was our favorite. Great for families traveling with teens.

It’s a newly renovated home with plenty of room for a group of 10 friends or family. Well appointed, very clean place. We needed a large coffee pot and all that was there was a k-cup machine. The owner traded it out within 30 minutes. Great service. Very accommodating.
