I had a beautiful stay in this very comfortable home. The location was perfect! close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet. The host was excellent with communication, responding quickly and making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great layout, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the decor. Enough space for a large group to hang out in a few areas. Very convenient to downtown Raleigh. Cosmo was a great host.

We loved our stay very relaxing. Cosmo was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The backyard entertainment space was our favorite. Great for families traveling with teens.

It’s a newly renovated home with plenty of room for a group of 10 friends or family. Well appointed, very clean place. We needed a large coffee pot and all that was there was a k-cup machine. The owner traded it out within 30 minutes. Great service. Very accommodating.

Everything was as advertised. Neat,clean and tidy. We were 8 adults and it was roomy and comfortable. Since we were busy getting ready to perform at the Iron Pour Festival, we didn’t have time to avail ourselves of the outside amenities. Cosmo responded immediately to any of our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

We stay at a lot of Airbnbs. Cosmo's place was outstanding. Very well appointed. Standout features include an 86-inch TV, a refrigerator that makes craft ice, and the best mattress we have ever slept on. To be honest, the neighborhood had us a little worried when we drove up but ended up not being an issue. It was a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors appeared to be working families who were probably equally worried about us making noise.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. The pool was a highlight; clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even smoother. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free getaway!

This was my second stay at Cosmo’s place and once again it was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. Cosmo is a fantastic host always friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!!

Nice place, felt comfortable like at home. Very clean, no clutter anywhere. In a nice quiet neighborhood, walkable area. Great communication from host, instructions were very clear also. All in all a great stay would recommend.

Cosmo was a very responsive and accommodating host. The house was clean and well maintained and had plenty of room, both indoors and out, for our family to spread out. We really enjoyed the screened deck in the back for morning coffee, evening wine, and nighttime movie watching
