We enjoyed our stay at Cosmo’s house!Perfect place for a larger group of people. We felt like we could’ve stayed all week. It was conveniently located close to downtown. We would stay again!

This home is absolutely beautiful and in such a fantastic location! We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was inside. It easily accommodated all 8 of us during our week-long stay. It never felt crowded, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and hang out. The area is super convenient too, with lots of shops, restaurants, parks, and fun tourist spots nearby. Cosmo was a great host. He was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions quickly. If we find ourselves back in Florida, we’d definitely love to stay here again!

Cosmo’s place is Durham was everything we were looking for. It provided a great space for our family to gather and make memories we’ll never forget. The kitchen and bedroom’s were lovely and he was very accommodating.

We stayed at Cosmo's place again for GalaxyCon and had a fantastic time! If we are able to go again next year, we will definitely book it!! It felt like a home away from home.

We chose Cosmo's place based on location as we were in the area to visit family. The place was exactly as described and it was great to have 4 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms for our family. Absolutely spotless and we appreciated the small touches sometimes missing in airbnbs - hooks in the bathrooms, lamps within reach of the bed and plenty of outlets and charging ports. highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and comfortable, great for a group. The beds were extremely comfortable! We were all impressed with that. Very quick drive to town for lots of restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Overall it worked for our needs and we would recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home! The layout and amenities was exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay in Raleigh. The rooms appeared exactly as shown in the photos. The outdoor area with the enclosed porch was the perfect place to hang out away from the elements. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee, and other supplies. The host was super responsive and attentive throughout our entire stay. I would not hesitate to rent this place again in the future!

We had such a great stay at Cosmo’s place! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, even better in person. Cosmo was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything super easy. We’d absolutely love to book with him again if we’re ever back in town. Highly recommend!

Love the location and the property was clean and had board games for the kids. They have TV entertainment ready. They have a coffee shop really close by. Just couple minute by walking. None

We had a wonderful stay! The house was gorgeous and there was plenty of space for 6 women to stay! The down stairs essentially is its own mini house with multiple bedrooms, and bathroom, and a large entertainment area! The host was responsive and quick to resolve a small issue with the hot tub! Would 10/10 stay here again.
